We are on a short supply of hogs. We try our best to keep up with demand, but the environment, the land and the well-being of the hogs being grown are first and foremost our priority.

 

  • sell pork for $7/lb. hanging weight. (subject to change with continued rising cost of process and inputs)

 

Our Half Pigs average 100-110lbs of hanging weight and will cost approximately $700.00 total. A half pig will yield about 65lbs of frozen take-home cuts.

Our Whole Pigs average 200-220 lbs. hanging weight and will cost approximately $1450.00 total. A whole pig will yield about 120-140 lbs. of frozen take-home cuts.

Each whole or half pig is cut to your specifications and flash frozen in cryovac packaging.

All of our pork get nitrate free processing.

Cuts include tenderloin, chops, hams, shoulders, bacon, ribs, sausage, etc. Your cut selections and the size of the animal will determine final price.
